ForTibia is an online role-playing game in which thousands of players from all over the world meet everyday. In order to ensure that the game is fun for everyone, we expect all players to behave in a reasonable and respectful manner. All players have to respect the following code of conduct, so-called "Rules".

1.
Money Sales |
Advertisements for real money (RL) sales are allowed. However, the server is not responsible for any negotiations conducted outside of our official platforms (like the Char Bazaar). If the coin seller initiates a dispute (chargeback), the buyer will be punished. Choose your traders wisely.
Any and all problems are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. Be careful when conducting unofficial negotiations.

2.
Announcements |
Announcements and character sales must be done through the Char Bazaar system. Announcing characters for sale in public channels without them being listed in the Bazaar will result in punishment.

Cheating |

BOT is allowed on ForTibia?
You can have multiple characters online. Only 1 can be 100% AFK on a BOT. The others can hunt manually, train, etc. Having more than 1 character AFK on a BOT is forbidden.

Navigation: Using "navi" where multiple players attack simultaneously under a leader's command is prohibited.
Abuso de Bugs: Exploiting obvious game errors for personal gain is prohibited. Report any bugs you find.

4.
Multiple Characters (MC) |
It is forbidden to use multiple characters in the same hunt, only a maximum of 1 at a time is allowed. The same rule applies to bosses and server events. |

5.
Names | Character names must not contain offensive or sexual terms, or references to illegal activities. Keep a respectful environment. |

6.
Offensive Statements | Any statement that insults or mocks players, ethnic groups, nationalities, or beliefs will not be tolerated. Respect is fundamental. |

7.
Links and Mentions | It is forbidden to share links to other servers or advertise other games on our official channels. |
|
8.
Account Security | Your account's security is your sole responsibility. Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account panel. We are not responsible for hacked accounts. |

9.
Game Mechanics | We do not interfere in gameplay situations such as luring, "KS" (Kill Steal), path blocking, or player killing, as they are part of the dynamics of a PVP server. |

| Punishments |
Minor Cases
Ex: Invalid name. The account will be locked until the name is changed in the account panel.
Severe Cases
Ex: Offensive statements, irregular BOT usage. The punishment in days doubles with each recurrence: 10 days → 20 days → 40 days...
Critical Cases
Ex: Critical bug abuse, fraud. The account will be deleted or sent to the Char Bazaar.
