Fiendish and influenced creatures are common creatures that have been impacted by the Sinister Embrace, becoming stronger. At any point in time and anywhere on the map, there is a low chance of finding them in place of a regular creature. These creatures have increased damage and maximum health according to the amount of stacks they have. The more stacks they have, the stronger they are.
Influenced creatures can have from 1 to 5 stacks which are indicated with a Influenced Creature Icon dust icon and a number next to their name. Fiendish creatures don't have a visual number of stacks but their power would be equivalent to a fiendish creature with 15 stacks.
Fiendish creatures have a Fiendish Creature Icon dust icon with an exclamation mark as well as an orange shadow on their names.
